So I've been 18 now for one month and 3 days. During my days of 17-year-old-hood I couldn't wait to turn 18. The freedom. The adulthood. The legality of being 18. Now that I am 18 I wish I can turn back. And I'll tell you why.
Remember those times you felt like you knew everything (maybe you did know everything) and people called you out for it? Well expect that everyone thinks that you know everything instead of looking for help and answers. When you are 18, people expect that you know everything and aren't in the age of niavety. Maybe your getting a bank card for the first time or getting your own doctor instead of a pediatrician. The people around you will expect you to know how to use a bank card and manage your account and find a proper physician. Who the fuck knows how to do that the minute they turn 18?? Well I sure don't.
Anyway I dont give a fuck.
